Top up
NexGPU is prepaid: add balance, then usage is deducted from it. "Top up" in the left menu.
Two payment methods
| Method | Notes |

| USDT (TRC20) | Generates a receiving address; scan or copy it in your wallet. |
| Alipay | Converted at the current rate and redirected to pay. The rate is shown under the amount. |
Each has its own minimum, stated on the page.
From order to credit
- Pick a method, enter an amount, click Create order
- The page shows a receiving address (USDT) or redirects you (Alipay)
- After paying, the balance normally lands within 1–3 minutes
Unpaid orders expire after their validity window; just create a new one.
Top-up history
Below the form, with three states:
- Pending — created, not yet paid
- Credited — balance increased
- Expired — not paid in time, void
:::warning Paid but not credited? Wait the full three minutes first. If it still has not landed, send the order number and your transaction hash or payment receipt to Telegram support. Please do not pay twice. :::
How much to add
Balance does not expire. Estimate from how long you plan to run:

:::info What happens when the balance runs out You get warning emails as it gets low. At zero, instances are stopped automatically — not destroyed. Note that storage keeps billing while stopped, so the balance can go negative; only after it stays negative past a set period are instances destroyed. Topping up restores everything. :::
